Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the following regions:

*In rare cases, certain locations may require additional shipping/customs information or a remote shipping fee. We will contact you before processing your order if this is the case.
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
We have an average fulfillment time of 3 days. However, as a small select shop, we ask that you allow us up to 7 due to possible delays from the other businesses/suppliers that we work with. Transit delays can occur due to various reasons that are out of our control— we cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery.
How long will my pre-order take?
There are various reasons that a product might be available for pre-order, so we can not guarantee a specific time frame for all pre-orders. As a rule of thumb, we recommend that you add an additional two weeks to our usual fulfillment time to estimate when a pre-ordered item will arrive. If you wish to obtain a more accurate time estimate, please email us regarding the specific order.
All items that are ordered along with a pre-order product will be sent together with the pre-order once it becomes available. If you do not wish to wait, please place a separate order. All orders with pre-order products cannot be canceled.
How long does shipping usually take?
Once fulfilled, our packages take an average of 3-5 days to arrive within the US, and 7-12 days internationally.
Where can I find details on my shipment?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link to receive up to date information about your shipment.
Why is my order split up?
We are a select shop— on rare occasions, orders containing different products may be split into multiple shipments or multiple order numbers. This may even result in multiple charges, however, the total amount charged will add up to the total amount displayed when you placed the order.
What is your price adjustment policy?
If an item in your order goes on sale within 3 days of purchase, please reach out to us for a price adjustment. The difference between the price that you payed and the new sale price will be refunded back to your original payment method.

How can I return a product?

What if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?
In the event that you receive defective, incorrect or incomplete merchandise, please contact us right away so we can make it right. To ensure the validity of all damage claims, we ask that customers reach out to us regarding damages within 72 hours (3 days).
For faster assistance, please email us at support@mutedroom.com with the following included:
Order and tracking number.
Name of the item(s) you wish to address.
Multiple photos(wide shots and close-ups) documenting the possible damages (if applicable), as well as the box and shipping label.
*If your replacement item is backordered or out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as we have the estimated arrival date, or work with you to find a suitable solution.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our streamlined processing and fulfillment, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed. However, we’ll always do the best we can to accommodate your request. We always allow the cancellation of ordered items that are on backorder or out of stock.
*Custom products are made just for you and therefore cannot be cancelled.
