Shipping Cost:

For your convenience, we offer free shipping on US orders that meet or exceed $100, and international orders that meet or exceed $200. Any order amount below those thresholds will be charged a variable shipping rate dependent upon weight and destination. We partner with multiple worldwide shipping carriers to offer the most efficient methods. Customers are able to select and confirm the shipping method upon checkout.

  

Shipping Times:

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in the United States. Domestically, orders will take an average of 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. For international orders, please note that it can take between 7-21 days. Please review the shipping methods upon checkout for a more accurate estimate of shipping times.

We have an average fulfillment time of 3 days. However, as a small select shop, we ask that you allow us up to 7 due to possible delays from the other businesses/suppliers that we work with. Transit delays can occur due to various reasons that are out of our control— we cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery.

 

Pre-orders:

We can not guarantee a specific time frame for pre-orders however, as a rule of thumb, we recommend that you add an additional two weeks to our usual fulfillment time to estimate when a pre-ordered item will arrive. If you wish to obtain a more accurate time estimate, please email us regarding the specific order. All items that are ordered along with a pre-order product will be sent together with the pre-order once it becomes available. If you do not wish to wait, please place a separate order. All orders with pre-order products cannot be canceled. 

 

Custom Orders:

Custom-orders include made-to-order, bespoke, and special-order items. All items that are ordered along with a custom-order product will be sent once the custom-order item arrives at our studio. If you do not wish to wait, please place a separate order. Custom-order products cannot be canceled or refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our custom-order products.

 

Duties:

Depending on the country, your package may be subject to customs duties or fees upon arrival. Be aware that your package can also be delayed by customs and subsequent charges may apply. The recipient of the parcel is required to cover potential taxes implemented by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot provide an estimate as to how much they may be. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. If you would like to know ahead of time, we encourage you to contact your local customs office. Refused and returned items will not be refunded.

 

Tracking:

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link to receive up to date information about your shipment worldwide. Our recommended method of tracking is through the origin carrier or 17track.net. In certain cases, parcels may not be trackable for a period of time before reaching the final carrier. Though this is normal, feel free to reach out to us if over a week has passed with no updates. Please note that we will do our best to assist, but if a package is stuck, lost, or requires a claim to be filed with the carrier for any reason, that is the sole responsibility of the customer (see “Risk of Loss’).

 

Risk of Loss:

All orders are pursuant to a FOB Origin shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
